Introducing the new Aprilaire Model 1870F Free Standing Whole-House Dehumidifier. This model replaces the Aprilaire 1770A.  This unit is designed for spaces up to 5200 square feet. The 1870F dehumidifier runs on environmentally-friendly R-410A refrigerant and removes up to 95 pints of moisture per day from your home, allowing you to be more comfortable, while lowering the humidity levels. With lower humidity levels you can raise the A/C temperature on your thermostat and still feel comfortable while saving on your utility bills!

With an Aluminum coil the Aprilaire 1870F is one of the most corrosion resistant dehumidifiers available. A MERV 8 washable filter comes with every unit helping keep the air clean within your home.

The Aprilaire 1870F free standing whole-house dehumidifier works throughout your entire home. It removes 50% more water per kilowatt hour than leading portable dehumidifiers. The Model 1870F features a truly automatic control, so there's never the need to manually control the dehumidifier... you set it once, and forget it!
