Lennox PureAir PCO-12C Replacement Metal Insert. Fits PureAir unit size PCO-12C. The Lennox Healthy Climate PureAir replacement metal insert assists in oxidizing contaminants in the air with no toxic chemicals. Lennox recommends that the metal insert be replaced every 24 months for optimum performance since the effectiveness of odor removal declines with use.

  • The PureAir Air Purification system uses Photocatalytic Oxidation process for removing today's most common household pollutants. It is far and away the "Best" system for attacking all three classes of contaminants - particles, bioaerosols, and odors/chemicals. The PureAir system removes 75% of particles down to 0.3 micron, 60% of bioaerosols down to 0.3 micron, and it removes odors and destroys 50% of chemicals wihin a 24-hour period. According to Lennox, the PureAir system "cleanes the air in your home better than any other system you can buy."
