I talked with the customer service person and she answered all the questions I had. I placed the order on 3/25 and it was delivered to me on 3/29. Price for the product was the best price I could find and shipping was only $5. Definitely will buy from the in the future.

I have a dual zone system and just replaced my first set of these filters with the 2nd set that I just received very promptly. The filters that I just replaced were 10 months old, and have been INCREDIBLE. The filters trapped so much debris and keep the house incredibly clean. Its amazing how much less you have to dust when you have the proper filter to clean for you! The old filters were very dirty when I put the new ones up next to it. My system has a function on it that turns on and circulates the air every hour for 5 minutes and as it circulates the air, its cleaning it since these filters trap pretty much anything. The thermostat that I am using is a RITETEMP 6080. It is a great feature to have when used in conjuntion with these incredible filters.
