The GeneralAire 81 Humidifier is a drum-type model with a 2800 square foot capacity. The GeneralAire 81 Humidifier has a modern cabinet molded of high temperature polymer, with a sturdy gear motor and one-piece corrosion proof reservoir for long service life.

The unique design of the GeneralAire 81 allows right or left hand installation by reversing drum and re positioning float valve, drive motor and bypass. Thumbscrews release the removable front cover. The model 81 water tray slides out for easy cleaning.

The GeneralAire 81 Humidifier comes fully assembled with the most important installation components included.
Installation can be applied on up-flow, counter-flow or horizontal furnaces or air handlers. Installs on vertical warm air supply or cold air return (recommended) plenum. Unit Size: 12" wide x 11-1/2" high x 11" deep Plenum Opening: 8" wide x 7-1/2" high.
