The Aprilaire 8600 offers service reminder - humidifier, air filter, dehumidifier, HVAC. It offers a "copy" function for quick and easy programming.
You can have mulitple hold options such as vacation hold, custom timed hold, permanent hold and temporary hold.
The real time clock offered by the Aprilaire 8600 automatically adjusts for daylight savings time! You also won't lose your programming, time or date with a power outage.
