I purchased the Aprilaire 700 on 1-1-2010. I had it installed by a licensed electrician, and it worked fine through last spring, then I had trouble with it blinking and not turning on, progressively getting worse, and finally it went dead. Obviously my electrician didn't warranty the hardware, and I procrastinated, wondering if I had a warranty. In December I contacted DiscountFurnaceFilter, explained the problem, and they immediately provided a replacement Aprilaire controller, under warranty (I paid up front, and received a prompt, full refund when I returned the defective controller #58). It's a real pleasure dealing with a company like DiscountFurnaceFilter - and their rep (MKing), and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great prices and good service. I trust this company based on their performance.

Aprilaire 700A Humidifier

I purchased a new humidifier from DiscountFunaceFilter.com and received the item in just a few days. I was replacing an older humidifier with the same footprint as the new one. The instructions that came with the device were staightforward and I was able to easily install the humidifier. I saved a significant amount of money over hiring a heating contractor. Great humidifier!

Great humidifier! It wasn't very hard to install just follow the directions. It Is a great solution to keep your house from being too dry in the winter. I was tired of messing with room humidifiers and filling them daily and changing filters. Just set this one up and change the water panel every year.
