CAP100-U are professionally installed into your homès central HVAC system to continuously remove allergens, irritants and pollutants from the air before they can enter the living space. This is a cost-effective solution to the problem of indoor air pollution. The CAP100HE includes three stages of filtration. A very inexpensive first-stage pre filter for large particles, a Vapor-Lock carbon filter for gases, odors and for medium size particles and the final-stage MERV 14 filter for smaller size particles. This will help maximize the life of your MERV 14 filter.

  • CAP100HE features a unique three-stage filtration system that effectively captures particulates and is economical to operate.
  • The CAP100HE model has 20” x 25” filters and is designed for systems up to 4 tons (1,600 cfm).
  • CAP100HE features an inexpensive one-inch deep prefilter that removes larger particles, a Vapor-Lock carbon filter as a 2nd stage which will extend the life of the more expensive final-stage filter.
  • When dirty, they can be thrown away and replaced, just like the original filters.
  • 5" pleated ASHRAE MERV-14 filter for excellent filtration
  • The CAP100HE requires no electricity or ongoing element maintenance.
